Since we are local to the area you live in, as we cover the Midlands region, we do not charge based on the distance our technicians have to travel to get to your property.

We calculate our prices not based on the area you live in – as we are local to all Midland areas – instead, they are calculated depending on the size of the rug you need cleaned.
And remember, we can either clean them at your property or at our depots in Birmingham, so you can choose the option which suits you best.
We also offer a rug collection, cleaning and return service: this usually takes one calendar week (depending on the type and condition of the rug). Collecting, cleaning and returning the rug is a minimum of £170.
Stain Removal Prices List
Have you ever had a stain on your carpet or sofa which you really couldn’t get rid of? Well, rest assured that we will have it removed for you. With an excellent stain removal success rate, and with our experience in the industry, we’re confident we’ll do the best job possible to remove stains from any type of fabric you may require.
Our technicians use over 30 different types of chemicals – all approved to British Standards – to remove stains from rugs, carpets and upholstery all over Birmingham.
Whilst we don’t have fixed price for this service – as no two stains are alike and their age and the type of fabric they’re on influences the result – it’s best to call us beforehand for free stain removal advice and to properly assess the damage, so call us friendly teams today!
End of tenancy cleaning
It should come as no surprise, as end of tenancy is one of the costliest periods, in time and money invested, in a landlord’s life. Done properly and thoroughly, as we do, gives you the advantage of time and of a very convenient price for you, regardless of the area where your property is located. We do not charge based on the post code of your property, as long as it is within the Midlands area. Instead, we charge based on the overall size of your property, as you can see from the following table:
Note: For an initial 1st deep clean. This will incur a charge of 15%.
Standard clean – £16.00 per hour
Deep clean – £18.00 per hour
As expected, you get the same level of quality and professional service, done by a carpet technician local to your area.
