Terms of Payment

Welcome to Midlands Carpet Cleaners. By using our services, you agree to the following terms of payment:

  1. Payment Due Upon Completion Payment is required in full immediately upon the completion of our services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
  2. Late Payment Policy If payment is not made immediately upon completion of the service, a late payment fee of 10% of the total bill will be added. This additional fee will apply to the outstanding balance and must be settled immediately.
  3. Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:
    • Cash
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Bank Transfers (prior approval required)
  4. Invoices and Receipts Upon request, we will provide an invoice or receipt for all services rendered. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Any cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
